Who you are contracting with
Services are provided by FABBOXING LIMITED (trading as FAB Boxing), registered office 8 Kilmore Road, Artane, Dublin, CRO 798007, VAT 04559693RH. Contact: Aaron@fabboxing.com.
Age requirement
Public FAB Boxing gym classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are strictly 18+. You must be at least 18 on the day you take part, and we verify your date of birth at checkout. Bookings made using a false date of birth may be cancelled without refund.
Under-18s take part only through separately organised school, youth or partner-organisation delivery, arranged directly with the relevant organisation and subject to its own consent and supervision arrangements. Those sessions are not booked through public checkout.
Booking and payment
Class and membership prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of booking through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successful.
Monthly membership is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically each month at the price shown at the time of purchase until it is cancelled.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
Single classes and first-class offers. If you cannot attend, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to move you to another session. We do not guarantee refunds for missed classes.
Memberships. To cancel a membership, email Aaron@fabboxing.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Payments already taken for the current billing period are not automatically refunded, and you can keep attending for the rest of that paid period.
Sessions we cancel. If FAB Boxing cancels a session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you are entitled to a refund for that session.
Refund method. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
Right of withdrawal. Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to a distance purchase, you may ask to withdraw within 14 days. If you ask us to begin the service inside that period and attend a session, we may retain a proportionate amount for what has already been provided.
Taking part safely
FAB Boxing sessions are non-contact boxing fitness. There is no sparring and no head contact in public classes. Even so, physical training carries risk, and you take part on the basis set out in the participant waiver below.
You must follow coach instructions at all times, stop if instructed, and train within your own limits. We can refuse or end participation where someone is unfit to train safely, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves in a way that puts others at risk.
FAB Boxing is not a medical, clinical or treatment service. Nothing we do replaces medical or professional care. If you have a health condition, injury, or are pregnant, get medical advice before taking part.
Participant waiver
I confirm that I have read and agree to FAB Boxing's Terms and Conditions, Participant Waiver and relevant policies. I understand that FAB Boxing involves physical exercise and is strictly non-contact. I confirm that I am fit to participate, that I will disclose relevant injuries or health concerns, and that I accept the ordinary inherent risks associated with physical activity.
I understand that I should disclose any injury, illness, pregnancy, medical condition, medication or other circumstance that may affect my ability to participate safely, and that FAB Boxing may request medical clearance where appropriate.
You accept this waiver at checkout. We record the version accepted, the date, and your age at the time, so that both sides have a clear record.
Behaviour and respect
FAB Boxing exists for people at very different points in their lives. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and disclosing what other participants say outside the room are not tolerated. We can remove anyone from a session or from the community for this, without refund.
Liability
Nothing in this acknowledgement excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Irish law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Safeguarding and privacy
Our safeguarding commitments are set out on the Safeguarding page, and how we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
